ARMY ARTILLERY REGIMENTAL SWALLOWTAIL STANDARD. Fine double sided red silk standard, the standard features a bullion swastika to each corner, the centre of the standard features a large iron cross with a large embroidered closed wing eagle and swstika, silver fringe to 3 sides. The standard is complete with the extra silk that wraps around the flag pole.The standard is in near mint condition, there are a few marks to the silk pole wrap, this was caused when it was removed from the flag pole at the end of WW2, most original examples will have these marks but they can not be seen when displayed. |
