REICHSKULTURSENAT BADGE Honor badge for members of the national senate of culture. It is believed that no more than 250 awards of this rare badge were ever awarded from 1936 until 1945.The senate dealt with matters concerning art, music, theater, films, literature, radio, press, Dr Joseph Goebbels having the ultimate control of the senate. This large gold badge is basically oval in shape, white enamel background with large eagle surmounting a gold column with swastika, with the inscription REICHSKULTURSENATE, with a gold border coming to a series of points. |
