2nd Model Blood Order Document And Medal Grouping

Comprising the large formal blood order award document complete with red leatherette folder with gilt eagle to cover, document is awarding the blood order to PETER MODER dated 31st January 1940, ink signed by Franz Xaver Schwarz, who was the national treasurer of the NSDAP, Reichsleiter and SS Oberstgrupenfuhrer. 2nd model blood order medal, reverse marked 800 and also with issue number, medal is in fine condition with most of its original frosting remaining, complete with original ribbon which is parade mounted in the Austrian style. Formal letter from Schwarze advising Moder that he is to receive the blood order, letter is ink signed by schwarz,the letter has unfortunatly some damage. Letter from the NSDAP of Gau Karnten Austria,advising Moder to attend the formal presentation of his blood order which will be presented to him by the deputy Gauleiter. Small document dated 23.5.41 concerning Moders service in the German army, photo of Moder in full army uniform wearing blood order ribbon on his tunic, as a member of the army field post, he is shown in the photo with other comrades. A number of news paper cuttings about Moder, one stating that 62 party members from Karntner are to receive the blood order, newspaper photo of who I believe is Moder in HJ leaders uniform wearing blood order ribbon. Post war document dated 1947 stating Moder as a dedicated Nazi is to be sentenced to 3 years in prison. Superb set purchased privatly in Austria.
