PRESENTATION GURKA KUKRI KNIFE.

Interesting presentation Kukri knife. Black horn handle the plain blade is in excellent condition. The scabbard is covered with red wool and it is silver mounted with silver ornate border, silver shield design with crossed Gurka knives, Royal crown and cypher and with presentation inscription, PRESENTED BY 2ND GOORKHAS AIR PLATOON, the throat of the scabbard is engraved, SHYAMLAL SUNGR T.L.2/2 GR. Probably dates to the 1970's. Exc++
