The Stock Page
By default all items in the shop are displayed, to
limit the items displayed select one or more Categories from the lists and
click
to display the stock items for the
selected categories only. You can change categories as many times as you
wish.
Items are displayed 10 per page, use the
 buttons at the
bottom of the page to navigate through the pages.
In addition to the Category search there is a Stockcode and
Keyword search which can be accessed by clicking on the Other Searches link on
the menu. These searches operate across both departments displaying all items
from both departments in one list. The Keyword search is very powerful but
needs some thought to get the best results (e.g. if you enter 'Holster' the
seach will find all items with Holster and Holsters in the description, whereas
if you enter 'Holsters' the seach will only find Holsters)
If you see a
 symbol on an
item this indicates that the item was added in the last 30 days. All new items
are displayed at the beginning.
You will notice that next to most items there is a
small picture, this is called a thumbnail, click on the thumbnail to see a
larger image(s).
By default the shop will display prices in £
sterling, to change the currency, select the currency you require from the
dropdown list and all prices will be converted to that currency. Please Note
that currencies other than the default are an approximation only.
How to Buy an Item
The buying process consists of three stages:
1. selecting the
items you want to buy and putting them in your shopping basket
2. reviewing
your shopping basket and adjusting quantities
3. entering your payment at
the checkout.
Selecting the items you want to buy
To buy an item click the
 button and
the item will be added to your shopping basket.
Reviewing your shopping basket
You can view the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time,
then just click on
to carry on shopping. To remove an
item from your Shopping Basket click the
 button.
If the quantity against an item is shown as 1 we
only have one of these, whereas if the quantity against an item is shown as
we have more than one of the item and order more than one of the item. Change
the quantity and click
, the quantity will be increased or
decreased and the pricing adjusted accordingly. If you try to order more than
we have in stock the quantity will automatically be adjusted to the amount we
have.
To see the Delivery charge for your items please select your
Location from the dropdown list and it will be automatically calculated.
Entering your payment at the checkout
When you have finished shopping click
to start the checkout process,
enter your details and click on
On the next page you can check the
details that you have entered and choose the method by which you will pay. When
you click on the
or
buttons you will be taken to the
secure payment page, enter your payment details then press
to buy the items in your
basket.
