Guarantee
All items sold and handled by us are original (i.e. all Third Reich items manufactured before May, 1945), and carry a full, money back guarantee if the customer is not totally satisfied. Items may only be returned provided the following is acknowledged:
a) 14 days for customers within the United Kingdom.
b) 28 days allowed on items to overseas customers.
c) all items being returned to be received in the same condition as when despatched from our premises.

Terms of Gold, Silver & Bronze used
The expressions "gold", "silver" etc., relate to, especially in the case of decorations, the grade of the award, or the appearance or plating finish of metal items, and does not imply a solid metal content of this description.

Payments
Payment is accepted by Cheque, Postal Order, International Money Order, etc., made payable to THE OLD BRIGADE. New customers please allow for Bank Clearance on your remittance before despatch is effected (regular customers may expect despatch by return of post). N.B. If currency is being sent, please - by 1st Class Registered Letter Post only. We also accept credit card payments but please note that all credit card payments are processed in pounds sterling.

Postal charges
When purchasing from the shopping basket of this web site the total amount of your invoice includes all of your shipping charges whereas prices quoted directly from us are subject to postage charges quoted separately. However, we reserve the right to surcharge any orders that are excessively outside of the pre-computed weight tables preloaded into the web site.
