Fine quality red wool arm band with separately applied white circle with black swastika, both edges have wide gold bullion oakleaf borders with white edge piping for Kreiss level of political leadership. Rank of Leiter Eines Amtes (Leader of a department) .The arm band edges are stitched together and it has been removed from a runic. This was a British soldier war souvenir along with other items and it has never been in a collection. Mint.
