HITLER YOUTH KNIFE BY EICKHORN.

The black celluloid grip plates are in perfect condition and the obverse side is complete with enamel HJ diamond swastika badge which is in mint condition. The silver plated hilt fittings are really nice with just slight wear to the pommel from rubbing of the leather grip strap over many years. The blade is very nice and still bright, it has been very slightly sharpened but just on the reverse side but it is very minor and it is something you often see with these knifes, the blade is maker marked, RZM (rather faint) M/7 66 for Eickhorn and features their squirrel trade mark, the blade is also stamped 38 being the year it was produced in 1938. The scabbard is still very nice just showing light wear and it is complete with black leather belt loop and grip retaining strap with metal popper button which is still in working order. Exc++.
