LUFTWAFFE SINGAL DECAL M42 MODEL COMBAT HELMET.

Good large size, the helmet retains about 90% of the original Luftwaffe blue grey paint, the Luftwaffe decal is also in really good condition and is 85% complete with good clear swastika. The interior of the helmet is very nice and is stamped with helmet codes, please see photographs. The leather liner is size marked 58. The chin strap is a latter replacement. Exc++  read more

The superb lions head hilt and folding guard still retain much original gilt finish, the detail to the lions head is exceptional. THIRD REICH NSDAP 1925 GAU BADGE.

A difficult to find Gau badge. Silver circular wreath decorated with oakleaf's and with large black painted swastika to the centre with date 1925. The reverse side features pin and hook with two small rivets that hold the swastika in place, the badge is also maker marked, R.WACHTLER & LANGE MITTWEIDA 800.The 800 is for the silver content of the badge.
