VICTORIAN BRITISH BANDSMAN'S SWORD OF THE 63RD REGIMENT (WEST SUFFOLK).

Impressive brass hilt with fluted handle, the crossguard features Queen Victoria Royal cypher. Impressive steel blade. Black leather scabbard with brass fittings, the upper fitting is unit marked 63 R No9 68 (West Suffolk Regiment issue no.9 1868).The stitching to the reverse side of the scabbard has split over time but this could easily be restored and replaced. JAPANEASE WW2 ARMY OFFICERS SWORD.

Bonze coloured hilt with decorative suba. Cloth bound fish skin grip fitted with three Manuka. The blade is still very bright and in excellent condition. The scabbard shows some age but still retains some original paint finish. A nice clean Katana. The former owner told me that the blade is signed but I have not opened the sword hilt to confirm this so I am selling it as un-signed. Exc++  read more

BRITISH ANTIQUE MODEL OF A KNIGHT IN ARMOUR.

Interesting 1920's figure of a Knight in armour that was designed to hold cigarettes and complete with a fitted lighter. The bronze Knight is in full armour with helmet and long cloak and holding a sword. The helmet opens to reveal a cigarette lighter and there is a compartment on the reverse side to hold cigarettes. This model sword looks similar to a standard naval officers sword but the hilt does not feature the lions head hilt, it is plain similar to the Victorian army sword. BRITISH ROYAL NAVAL WOODEN COMEMORATIVE FROM HMS TERIBLE POT.

A small wooden pot probably to hold pens or similar instruments on a desk. The pot is mounted with a brass plaque with inscription, FROM THE TEAK of H.M.S TERRIBLE WHOSE GUNS RELIVED LADYSMITH. Early military souvenir from the late Victorian South African Boar war. Mint.  read more

DUTCH AIRFORCE OFFICERS DAGGER, 1964 MODEL.

A very difficult dagger find and which was produced by Eickhorn. All gilt metal hilt fittings, the Royal crown pommel is highly detailed, the eagle crossguard is art deco in appearance. The grip is black celluloid and it is in mint condition.
