SS CHAINED LEADERS DAGGER 1936 MODEL, COMPLETE WITH TYPE 1 CHAINS.

This example probably dates to about 1938 or even early WW2, all metal fittings are the silver plated type and it is fitted with type 1 chains. The hilt fitting retain almost all silver plating. This very nice dagger is not maker marked but from the style of the fittings the maker is almost certainly Eichhorn. Very nice ornate silver pommel.
