This is a good RZM example. The crossguards show slight wear to the plated fittings but they still retain about 90% plating which is much better than most. These very rare standards were flown when ever Adolf Hitler was in personal attendance at an event, this example is naval issue stamped so it was probably flown at a naval base or from a very large naval ship when the Fuhrer paid an official visit. This political leaders brown shirt would have been originally issued in about 1936 with black district piping, in 1938 it was up-dated to conform to the new regulations and piping.
