A difficult to find Gau badge. Silver circular wreath decorated with oakleaf's and with large black painted swastika to the centre with date 1925. The reverse side features pin and hook with two small rivets that hold the swastika in place, the badge is also maker marked, R.WACHTLER & LANGE MITTWEIDA 800.The 800 is for the silver content of the badge. This gold circular badge features a vehicle steering wheel surrounded by laurel leaves. The badge retains 80% gilt finish. Complete with field grey backing.
