SET OF STRAPS AND KNOT FOR THE GERMAN 2ND MODEL RAILWAY LEADERS DAGGER.
A superb set in near mint condition. Silver brocade straps with double black lines, the reverse side of the straps have black velvet backing. The silver metal buckles are the rare oblong type which are much harder to find than the type with oval buckles, the metal spring clips are in good working order. Rare matching bullion portepee knot, silver cord with black stripes, the stem and the slide are also piped, the base of the silver acorn has a black bullion woven insert. If your Railway dagger is missing the hangers and knot this might be a unique opportunity to complete it. Near mint or better.
WW1 GERMAN 98/05 BAYONET WITH SAWBACK BLADE AND LEATHER SCABBARD,
This model bayonet is often described as the butchers bayonet because of it clever like blade. Blued hilt fittings, the reverse side of the pommel has a waffen amp stamp, rifle slot is in good working order. The brown wooden grip plates are in excellent condition. The blade is very impressive as it is the sawback type and it is maker marked, Durkopp Werke AG with factory building trade mark set in a triangle, the spine of the blade has a waffen amp stamp and the blade is in excellent condition. Complete with early style and scarce leather scabbard with matching metal fittings and they have waffen amp stamp to the reverse side. Exc++
THIRD REICH ARMY 800 SILVER PRESENTATION SALVER.
German WW2 silver presentation army salver of shaped oval design. Engraved with the coat of arms of lower Austria and with a seven line German presentation inscription which translates into English as follows, In gratitude to the highly esteemed inspector of the lower Danube military replacement inspectorate (1/6 1938 - 31/1 1940) the military district command Baden krems a.d.Donan Melk Nikalsburg GT Polten Wr Naustadt. Silver marks to the reverse side, Handarbeit with the crown, moon and 800 silver mark. This is a heavy salver weighing over 435 grams. Length 32cm. Exc++
RAD MANS DAGGER BY HAMMESFAHR, UNIT MARKED.
This is a very nice early production example. All early nickel silver fittings are in fine condition. The stag horn grip plates are also in perfect condition and are a fine quality set. The blade is in near mint condition, the obverse side features the RAD motto, the reverse side is maker marked Gottllieb Hammesfahr Solingen and it is also marked with the RAD acceptance mark and also Ges Gesch which shows that the design was registered. The scabbard is complete with 98% original black paint, the wear is mainly to the reverse side, it is fitted with matching nickel silver mounts, the upper mount is issue stamped FU 950 and the lower mount is decorated with a large swastika to the obverse and reverse sides. A very nice example, it would be difficult to improve on this one. Near mint
WW2 GERMAN ARMY HAND CARVED WOLCHOW STICK.
These wooden walking sticks were produced in Russia for the German troops. This example is beautifully carved with the German eagle and swastika, complicated chequered designs with foliage and in large letters, RUSSLAND LENINGRAD. Complete with wrist strap constructed from iron cross ribbon. Near mint.
WW1 NEW ZEALAND ARMY OFFICERS SWAGGER STICK WITH CONCEALED BLADE.
Fine quality officers wooden swagger stick with brass mounts, pulling the handle away from the staff reversals a long lethal steel blade. The top of the stick has a brass cap which is marked, NEW ZEALAND FORCES. During WW1 Allied officers carried just a service revolver so a swagger stick containing a blade would have been very handy. The New Zealand Forces served with the British army as part of the British empire forces during WW1. Size 22 inches or 56cm. Near Mint..
WW2 JAPANESE AMY OFFICERS KATANA SWORD.
This is a very nice example with leather covered scabbard, the total length is approcamatly 37 inches or 94cm long, the blade measures 26 inches or 66cm. The pommel and suba are produced in iron and are fairly simple in design. Cloth bound fish skin grip is inset with 3 manuke to each side and it is in very nice condition. The blade is clean and bright and has a hammon line to the cutting edge of the blade, it has probably been cleaned in the past but it looks very nice. Black scabbard with brown leather jungle covering held in place with push buttons. The blade is signed, please see photographs. A nice example. Exc++
JAPANESE WW2 ARMY OFFICERS SWORD.
Cloth bound fish skin grip with three tzuka to each side. The pommel still has the original metal loop. Standard brass suba. The blade is in mint condition and very impressive with temper line. The matching painted scabbard is also in fine condition with almost all original paint remaining. I was told by the former owner that the blade is signed but I have not taken it apart to confirm this so I am selling it as un-signed. Near mint.

Cloth bound fish skin grip with two inset nenuke. Decorative hammered pommel with matching suba. Near mint blade with impressive temper line, the blade is not signed. Black lacquered scabbard with unusual pattern tree bark design decoration. The bottom gilt brass mount matches the tanto hilt design. Complete with matching knife. A superb and very attractive Japanese antique tanto dagger. Circa 1880. Near mint
