GERMAN LUFTHANSA PILOTS BADGE.

This Lufthansa pilots badge was purchased with an assortment of WW2 German awards and badges from the son of a British Veteran who obtained the items in 1945. This metal badge features the silver pilots wings with oakleaf circle and with the Lufthansa eagle design on a Luftwaffe blue cloth backing. The reverse side features long metal pin. GERMAN CROSS IN GOLD BY ZIMMERMANN, NEAR MINT CONDITION.

Superb example, the black enamel swastika is in mint condition, the backing plate retains much original silver frosted finish just showing slight age, all factory blacking remaining to the sunburst star. Large gold and white enamel medal which features the five Olympic rings and eagle and swastika design. The reverse side is gold plated with two two small rivets which hold the Olympic rings in place. Tiny insignificant old repair to the enamel of one of the Olympic rings. Complete with ribbon.Near mint condition.  read more

GERMAN NATIONAL SOCALIST NEWSPAPER DATED 2000.

This is a German language newspaper promoting WW2 and NS politics, it was published in the USA in May 2000 probably because it is illegal to publish such a newspaper in Germany. Complete with a British Socialist Workers leaflet advising the British public not to vote for the far right National front party, it probably dates from the 1980's.
